About Shaurya
Hey, I’m a 25 year old singer-songwriter, music producer and vocal coach from New Delhi, India. I’ve been singing on stage since I was about 10 years old and cleared the Grade 8 Rock School performance exam at the age of 17. I’ve released songs with multiple artists, songs written by me have been featured on several Spotify playlists including The Rolling Stone India’s Monthly one’s and I’ve performed live way more times than I can count. I started teaching voice as an instrument only last year during the lockdown and I found the experience extremely rewarding on a personal level. I specialize in working one-on-one with singers and helping them get to know their voice better, understanding where they are in their musical journey, understanding where they want to be and figuring out a way for them to get there as fast as possible!

I believe that every singer is different and every voice is different so the most efficient way of getting better is having a personalized approach. My teaching ideology focuses on 3 key points; 1. Finding your voice. 2. Eradicating compensatory technique 3. Taking care of your voice. Amazing experience. My falsetto sounds so much better and I feel like my tone overall has improved as a result of the warm up routines Shaurya specially designed for me. Never thought I could get this good in just 2 months. Grateful.
I’ve been singing for a while but I had a major problem with stamina. My voice used to get too tired too fast and I knew that was because there was some problem with my singing technique but I had no idea where to start. Shaurya helped me identify where I was going wrong and gave me exercise routines that SPECIFICALLY targeted my problem areas and honestly, I had no idea it would work as fast as it did.
