About Aradhana
I am a digital professional, having worked with multiple start-ups, before I shifted my focus inwards. Yoga had always attracted me, and I continued to practice in bits, before I finally gathered courage to venture out for a TTC in Rishikesh. There was a complete shift in perspective after the course and I vouched to dedicate myself to learning and teaching Yoga with the same passion. I want every student of mine to go through the transformation journey and I design every class to fulfill that purpose.
I take online and offline classes, and have been teaching students across the globe.

I am trained in Hatha Yoga. However, I create my classes around the student's needs and pace it accordingly. I enjoy including elements from other practices as the need may be. I also include Pranayam and Meditation in the classes. Both are integral parts of Yoga, along with asanas.
