About Jasna
Hello! I’m a Magister Artium graduate with 25 years of experience as a professional translator and 15 years of dedicated German teaching. I’ve taught at the Goethe-Institut for 7 years and worked with eduGlobal and Aprendo Sprachschulungen in Germany, as well as online via Preply. My lessons are conversation-focused, helping you speak confidently while reinforcing grammar and vocabulary naturally. I teach students aged 16 and up—from absolute beginners (A1) to advanced learners (C2)—and offer targeted preparation for DSD and DSH exams. Having raised a bilingual child, I understand the real-life challenges of language learning and tailor my teaching to your individual goals. Let’s work together to make your German learning journey enjoyable and effective!

I can honestly say that choosing Jasna as my German teacher was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I started lessons with her in preparation for the TestDaF, and thanks to her structured, yet personal teaching style, I passed successfully – and now I’m off to Germany to start my studies!
Jasna was exactly the teacher I needed. When I started taking lessons with her, my goal was clear: improve my German enough to work in Germany. She understood that right away and focused the lessons on practical language skills that I could actually use at work.
Her teaching style is professional, straightforward, and focused – no unnecessary theory, just what’s useful and relevant. At the same time, the lessons were never boring. She’s patient, explains clearly, and always adapted to my pace.
I’m now living and working in Germany, and I know her support helped me get here. I’d absolutely recommend Jasna to anyone needing German for work or life abroad.I can highly recommend Jasna as a German teacher! I did my TestDaF preparation with her, and thanks to her help, I passed the exam and am now studying at university – something I wouldn’t have achieved without her support.
She explains everything clearly and patiently, gives lots of helpful tips, and prepared me perfectly for the exam. Even when I felt unsure, she always encouraged and motivated me.
Jasna is not only a great teacher but also a really kind and supportive person. I felt comfortable in every lesson.
Thank you so much, Jasna!View more recommendations
