About Madheswaran
I am a Postgraduate trainer having more than 20+ years of experience in teaching Accountancy to higher secondary students, B.Com, BBA & MBA.
I take classes for students from different schools belonging to different boards like CBSE, ICSE
All this period of long experience, I have handled studentsall nature and demonstrated my teaching skills with them in both Classroom and Individual coaching.
I have proven myself a very successful teacher in improving the performance of all my students.
Other than Accountancy, I have taken classes in Commerce, Economics and Business Studies for CBSE, ICSE and TN Stateboard syllabus.
Any revision in syllabus, by any Board, I can handle with ease, because of my in-depth knowledge in the subject and out of my long experience in the field. This I have proved all these years whenever there was any revision in syllabus.
My experience always helped me in explaining the concepts with real time examples and how they can use this in future in their career.

Accountancy:
Step 1: Ask one or two questions on the basic concept of the lesson to undertake the students level of knowledge.
Step 2: explain the actual concept and how to apply with easy pratical examples.
Step 3: show by solving a actual question in which students feel its more difficult and make them understand it is easy to solve and not difficult as they thought.
Step 4: finally home work allotment covering the concept taught ..
Step 5: often discuss the students status with parents..
This method with little modifications according to the subjects like Economics Business Studies and students need and knowledge will he adopted while teaching for CBSE, TN STATE BOARD AND SYLLABUS
I have proven myself a very successful teacher in improving the performance of all my students, by making them understand in-depth concepts behind each chapter.
