About Mary
Hello! My name is Mary Eke, also known as Shirel100, and I’m a passionate teacher from Abia State, Nigeria. I specialize in Christian Religious Studies (CRS) and Basic Nigerian Cooking, offering lessons that are simple, engaging, and beginner-friendly. I love helping people understand the Word of God in a way they can relate to and live by, especially children, teens, and new believers. I also enjoy sharing my love for traditional Nigerian dishes, teaching others how to cook healthy, delicious meals from scratch — even if they’ve never cooked before. With experience in teaching, writing, and cooking, I bring patience, clarity, and friendliness into every class. Religious Studies (CRS) Lessons
My CRS lessons are centered around understanding the Word of God in a simple, fun, and practical way. I focus on:
• Bible stories and their meanings
• Christian values like love, honesty, forgiveness, obedience
• Applying God’s Word to everyday life
• Storytelling, questions & answers, memory verses
• Suitable for children, teens, and adults
• Lessons are interactive, using real-life examples and class discussions
Duration: 30–60 minutes
Best for: Kids, teens, new believers, Sunday school learners
Method: Storytelling, worksheets, drawing, role play (for kids)

Basic Nigerian Cooking Lessons
I teach step-by-step practical cooking of local Nigerian meals. My lessons cover:
• Ingredients and measurements
• Kitchen preparation & hygiene
• How to cook jollof rice, egusi soup, okra, stew, yam porridge, and more
• How to manage fire, timing, and seasoning
• Tips for saving cost while cooking tasty meals
Duration: 45–60 minutes
Best for: Beginners, newly married women, teens, and anyone who wants to cook better at home
Method: Live video (Zoom/WhatsApp), voice instructions, or pre-recorded video (based on what student prefers)
