About Tammy
For the team at Yoga Ninja, there is nothing like witnessing the transformation that takes place in our students when they become as passionate as we are about yoga. From better posture to improved mental health, yoga offers a unique chance to connect with our breath, mind and body. We created Yoga Ninja with one goal in mind: helping people to live happier and healthier life. At Yoga Ninja, there is something for everyone, gentle yoga and vinyasa flow, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for kids and inclusive yoga for people with special needs. We also run Tai Chi which is a low-impact exercise and performed in a dance-like martial arts form. For Pilates lover, we have classes for those who want to tone their body and improve core strength. We also run dance classes (contemporary, hip-hop and jazz) for all ages. Yoga Ninja is an approved and registered Creative Kids provider that accepts Creative Kids vouchers.

Yoga Ninja offer dance classes and yoga classes for students. What the participant/s will do in this activity
⦁ Participants will learn contemporary/jazz/hip hop dance from a qualified dance teacher through an 8 weeks program.
The duration and frequency of lessons/s
⦁ Each class takes 1 hour.

⦁ Discuss goals and objectives with participants at the beginning of the class
⦁ Break down drills (sections - warm up, technique, contortion, balancing, drills, stretching, creative movements)
