About Marian
I am a Social Communicator with experience in the arts of dance and gymnastics, I took my first hula hoop 5 years ago as a hobby and through it I have discovered a world of possibilities to connect mind and body. In my artistic journey I seek to merge the hula hoop with the tribal fusion dance to expand the possibilities of this art.

My teaching method is based on general exercises to increase elasticity and resistance, and specific exercises to develop body dissociation and incorporate interpretation when executing the exercise. I apply the development of activities that improve the dynamics of the hula hoop and the user in addition to tips to improve performance

Details
Since my qualification is still at the basic level, I cannot remove the trial class option, all my classes are paid. In case I have to travel to the north or south of the city starting at the San Antonio station as the limit point, I make an extra charge of 5000 pesos for transportation. I count on Hula hoops to provide a maximum of 5 people.
