About Shriyans
With over 12 years of dedicated yoga practice and more than 3 years of professional teaching experience, I offer a deeply holistic and authentic approach to yoga. - I specialize in Ashtanga Yoga, and my teaching integrates asanas, pranayama, and kriyas—focusing not just on physical postures, but also on mental clarity and inner balance. - I have trained students of all age groups and skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. - I have successfully led my college yoga team to three consecutive championship victories at the collegiate level - I have also conducted large-scale sessions and curated competitions in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Today, I continue to inspire students through personalized sessions that emphasize safety, discipline, and growth—whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or build a deeper connection with your practice.
