Techniques based on millenary schools of the oldest spiritual traditions of humanity, which are related to the search for the awakening of consciousness. Practical teaching on: Body awareness through Qi gong and mindfulness exercises Meditation, forms, schools and differences through the practice of meditation methods. Mindfulness as you practice in everyday life Silence, awareness of the deep dimension of Being, through practices of mindfulness and recollection Contemplation as a result of the continuous exercise of other practices Personal or group sessions, with flexibility of time and place. Available one-day workshops or retreats of more than one day.
