About Ehtisham
As a dedicated mathematics tutor with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, I bring both strong academic knowledge and practical problem-solving skills to my teaching. My engineering background has given me an advanced understanding of mathematics and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
I am committed to creating a professional, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving at their own pace. I understand that many students find mathematics challenging, so I focus on building confidence step by step through clear explanations, regular practice, and patient guidance.
I teach with professionalism, discipline, and a personalised approach tailored to each student’s learning style and academic goals. Whether a student needs help strengthening basic concepts, improving grades, or preparing for important exams, I provide structured lessons designed to achieve measurable progress.

My approach to teaching mathematics is simple, concept-based, and student-focused. I believe every student can improve in maths when concepts are explained clearly and practised properly. Instead of rote memorisation, I help students understand the logic behind formulae and methods so they can solve problems confidently on their own.
My teaching methodology includes active learning strategies, step-by-step explanations, interactive problem solving, regular practice exercises, and real exam-style questions. I adapt my teaching style according to each student’s level, strengths, and weaknesses. I also use diagrams, shortcuts, and practical examples to make difficult topics easier and more interesting. During lessons, students are encouraged to ask questions freely so learning becomes comfortable and engaging.
A typical lesson usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Classes are organised to include concept explanation, guided practice, independent solving, and revision of important points. I also provide homework support, past paper practice, and exam preparation strategies to help students achieve better results.
I completed my BS in Mechanical Engineering, which gave me a strong background in mathematics, analytical thinking, and problem solving. Along with my academic background, I have experience teaching mathematics to students from different levels and helping them improve their understanding and confidence in the subject.
