About Tasneem
Nutrition is the key factor in my life. Very early on I took a course in nutrition that made me count the number of bites I took and which frowned about rice and bread. I left the class halfway because that is NOT sustainable! I then did a lot of research and today I can proudly say that I am a 5'5, 55kgs with 2 kids below the age of 5. I am healthy and happy and my nutrition and diet let me eat whatever I want!
This course will help you understand the basics of nutrition while making you a pro at being healthy.
