About Susana
I am fun, patient, and playful, always learning through teaching yoga and navigating my own search for balance on and off the mat. I hope to help others find their own strength, ease, and equilibrium in their bodies and lives.

I haven’t come from a gymnastics background, so my approach is deeply rooted in understanding the balance between strength and flexibility, supporting a sustainable and long-lasting practice. As someone who also found inversions initially frightening, I use playful prop-secure methods to make you feel comfortable going upside down. My flows are playful and adaptable, suitable for both beginners and more experienced students. Influences from my personal practice—Mysore, Iyengar, Dharma, and Rocket—shape the way I sequence classes and guide one-to-one sessions.

I took Susana's class in many environments and let me tell you: she is the greatest. She gives wonderful advice and adapts really well.
I always really enjoy taking her classes.Susana is a great yoga instructor. I've really enjoyed her lessons. The lessons are paced really well and Susana's approach is very considered and tailored to her students' abilities.
Susana got me so excited about yoga. When I started I was stiff, misaligned and practicing with ego but she transformed my idea of exercise and yoga. She takes you through each sequences so gently and makes sure you’re proper aligned and then she gives alternatives to suit you body type. She’s super professional and great at teaching and I will a thousand percent recommend trying out a class with her
