About Lawrence
I’m Lawrence, a dedicated Year 12 student studying A Level Maths, Physics and Computer Science. I’ve always enjoyed helping classmates understand difficult topics, and I want to use my strengths to support younger students. I’m patient, friendly and good at breaking down complex ideas into simple steps. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their grades and enjoy learning these subjects.

My lessons are all about helping students understand the answers, not just memorise formulae. I use simple explanations, step-by-step examples, and lots of practice questions to make sure everything clicks. I always start by asking what topics the student finds most difficult, then focus on building confidence through clear explanations and real exam-style questions. I adjust my teaching to suit how each student learns best — whether they like visual aids, detailed examples, or quick problem-solving drills. A typical lesson lasts about 1 hour, but I can do shorter or longer sessions if needed. I’m currently an A Level student at SFH6, studying Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. I achieved high grades in my GCSEs and have helped classmates and younger students prepare for exams and improve in these subjects. My lessons are for Key Stage 2 to GCSE students (ages 10–16) who want to get better at Maths, Physics, or Computer Science, boost their confidence, and learn in a calm, supportive way.
