About Mahi
I am a current law student with a strong passion for mathematics and a solid background in tutoring. Math has always been one of my strongest subjects, and I enjoy helping students build their skills and confidence in the subject. I have previous tutoring experience with Kumon Australia, where I worked with students across different age groups and learning levels. I’m excited to offer personalized, supportive lessons to help students achieve their academic goals.

I offer mathematics tutoring for students in Grades 1 to 10, with each lesson typically running for two hours. My teaching approach is student-centered and problem-solving based, focusing on building a strong conceptual understanding through clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and plenty of practice. I tailor each lesson to the individual student's learning style and level, using visual aids, real-world examples, and regular feedback to help them build confidence and skills. I am currently a law student and have previous tutoring experience with Kumon Australia, where I developed strong skills in supporting students of all ages and abilities. My lessons are designed for students who need help reinforcing foundational skills, extending their understanding, or preparing for assessments and exams, always aiming to make mathematics engaging, accessible, and rewarding.
