I am a law student, I did 5 years of athletics in a club and 1 year of coaching. I sometimes give lessons to my friends, I like it a lot, I like to share my passion for sport with others and especially to see my students evolve and feel good about themselves

I adapt according to the level of the person (s), that is to say that I establish specific programs according to the capacities of the person (s) and their evolution.
Ideally I train in the morning or at the end of the afternoon.
I think I am a pleasant, jovial and understanding coach but it is essential for me to have a person or a group of serious people who wish to evolve.
I used to train young people but the courses I give are accessible to everyone.
