About Gerel
I'm Gerel Falconer — aka The Rapperturg. I'm a professional actor, published playwright, and award-winning lyricist based in the UK.
I trained at East 15 Acting School and am a founding member of HighRise Entertainment, whose work has been featured in The Guardian, GQ, and The New York Times.
I'm on the official LAMDA Teacher Registry and have been teaching Acting and Verse & Poetry both in-person and online since 2021, trained by Gabi Maddocks at The Playing Space.
I teach because I know what it feels like to find your voice — and I know how to help someone else find theirs.
Whether your child is nervous about their first exam or pushing towards Performance Certificate level, I meet every student exactly where they are.

Qualified LAMDA teacher on the official LAMDA Registry, offering Acting and Verse & Poetry online for children and teenagers — from Grade 3 through to Performance Certificate level.
I'm a professional actor, published playwright, and award-winning lyricist (OFFIE 2026, BBTA 2023) who performs at venues including Brixton House, Bristol Old Vic, and the Barbican. This isn't just exam prep — it's real creative training from someone working at the top of the industry.
My lessons are warm, rigorous, and tailored to each student. Children and teens don't just pass their exams — they find their voice and learn to perform with genuine confidence.
Available late afternoons and evenings UK time — ideal for families in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Free 15-minute intro call for all new students.
