About Abhishek
I'm a 35th-generation Shaolin disciple. I trained for 18 months under a warrior monk in China — not to collect a certificate, but because I needed to rebuild myself from the inside out.
What I teach isn't performance Kung Fu. It's Kung Fu as a practice the kind that changes how you move, think, and carry yourself in daily life.
Most people who come to me aren't looking for another workout. They want something that actually sticks. A discipline that builds the body and clears the mind. Something that gives their week a backbone.
Over the past year I've worked with 50+ students — professionals, students, creatives — who came in scattered and left with stronger bodies, calmer minds, and a real sense of structure.

Each session is built around three things: Wu Chan Yi
