About Alberto
Hello!! My name is Alberto Palacio.
I have been a yoga teacher for more than 5 years.
Previously chef and nutritionist.
I teach yoga because of the positive change it had in me and I want to bring this philosophy of life to all people who are looking to change in a healthy and effective way.
I have worked both online, in centers and at home.
After studying Kundalini Yoga, I specialized in Superhealth Therapy (New Mexico) to treat addictive habits; working with yoga, therapeutic formulas, Detox nutrition and many Ayurvedic resources.
I like my students to seek their own limits during class and guide them in whatever they need, whether it be yoga, nutrition or whatever worries them outside of class.
As a teacher I am always at the service of the student.

About the lesson

Classes usually last 1:15h.
And they always include:
- Warm up
- Breath control (pranayama).
- Physical exercises and stretching.
- Relaxation.
- Meditation and Mantras.
Material: comfortable clothes, mat and a zafu or cushion (you can also sit on a chair if it is not possible to sit on the floor).
It is recommended to stretch well after the session and drink water or tea.
