My daughter started lessons with him when she was in year 10 and she ended achieving a grade 7 when she was expected a 6 by her school. Amir was always patient with my daughter but at the same time pushed her whenever needed. Very very pleased.

Amir has the following qualities that make him a great math tutor, which I had the pleasure to experience when I was undertaking my A2.

-Profound love of maths
-Willingnesses to insure that any problems or issues are solved. Even if that means spending an extra 30 min above the set time with no extra cost.
-Provides a friendly and relaxed environment to learn maths.
-Undertakes the maths exercises/problem with you which I found really useful as it allowed me to see different ways to approach questions, which I had trouble with as I usually thought in a linear fashion before being tutored by Amir.
-In addition, this provided me with an extra drive as it was a way to compete with him to see who would get the answer first. Majority of the time he would get it before me, but it was enjoyable none the less.
-He also provided me with his email address so that if I had any problems with questions I could send it to him which I found really useful when I was befuddled by a question. He was always quick to respond and discuss with me the issue I had and how to approach it etc.
-Over Amir's best quality was his ability to understand the struggle of being a student and the stresses that come with it, made each lesson very productive and worth while.
