About Brendan
I have been a Chef and Teacher for 40 years! I started off as a Traveller hitch hiking my way around Europe.Then I went to Culinary college to study to be a Chef. Once I was fully qualified I worked my way around the World, finally settling in WA.
I have also published 3 Travel/Cookery Books- with the first one called 'A Taste of the World' including true short stories and authentic recipes in 20 different countries I worked or travelled in.

I am a qualified Chef and Teacher, but i also add into my mix Travel and cultural stories and fun! Especially for kids and families.
My lessons can be 2 hour sessions as a Guest Chef at schools, or 6 /10 weeks courses for Adults our kids.
Or for events (venue needed) like birthday parties which includes me teaching them how to cook the food on their selected menu (eg- i offer a choice of 30 different menus from around the world)
Or most recently in school holidays where a school would hire me to teach a themed class for the whole day.
I am very much a hands on demo/ in stages cookery teacher.

Details
I Have just completed my 20th lesson with one student (testimonial to follow) and the lessons generally ended up as two hours including an hour for me to shop (and let you know ingredients) and prepare recipes and an hour live.
Therefore costing $120. But if she wanted to prep and cook recipe AT THE SAME TIME as me, it took longer at 3 hours overall and $180.
All includes recipes menus and photos I send before and after.
