About Gretchen
I am a curvy 40 something who loves to shimmy! I have been belly dancing for over 20 years. I love bringing the community of women together. I live in Naples New York and run The Reiki Room. I enjoy hiking, dancing, live music and relaxing.

The lessons will work on beginner moves and slowly work in to a short choreography. We will go as slow or as fast as you like when learning the moves. We will also, break things down as your body needs.
