About Andrew
Hi! I'm Andrew, a Kinesiology student and Athlete. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and I've been coaching for over 3 years. I'm very passionate about science and athletic performance, as well as helping men and women achieve their best body and self through fitness. In my free time, I like to train, watch movies, and make memories with my friends.

My coaching philosophy is simple: if you're willing to put the work into yourself, I'm willing to put the work into you. No matter if you've had multiple years in the gym or are a pure beginner, I guarantee I'll have something you can take away on day one.
I'm very experienced in kickboxing, HIIT training, Bodybuilding, and rehab, focused on evidence-based practice (i.e. WHAT WORKS). I also understand that most people who start, QUIT, so I'll give you all the tools I personally use to make sure you continue on your fitness journey.
If you choose me as your trainer, we'll first go over your goals, and then I'll create a personalized plan for you focused on those goals and the fastest, best, and most comfortable way to achieve them!
