About Kadir
Fundamental Kickboxing Techniques: Correct stance, basic punching (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), and kicking techniques. Muay Thai Specific: Elbow and knee strikes, clinch (close combat) techniques. Conditioning and Cardio: High-intensity training for rapid weight loss, increased endurance, and stress relief. Self-Defense-Focused Exercises: Practical applications to develop self-defense skills in daily life. Flexibility and Warm-Up/Cool-Down Routines: Scientific training methods to prevent injuries and strengthen muscles. Those who want to lose weight and have a fit body.
