About Maryam
I too have been in your position, stuck on a subject not knowing where to start my revision and finding it all very overwhelming. I am here to break things down , help you find enjoyment within the subject and push you to achieve the top grades. I am a current medical student and have only been able to do through hard work and commitment and I am here to instil those skills within you too!

I don't use a ' everyone fits into the same box' approach and prefer to get to know the student better and understand what works for them. I have worked with children from primary school up until secondary including those with SEN. A typical lesson structure would include a refresh from last week, exploration of new content and a quiz at the end . I like to let the student take the driving seat and ensure they are engaged at all times by allowing them to take the teaching role ie ' explain this concept to a 4 year old' . I primarily focus on the 11+ but have taught children from the ages of 6- 16.
