About Vishnu
I am a dedicated fitness professional holding a Diploma in Personal Training from K11 Academy of Fitness Sciences and registered with REPs India. For over 13 years, I have worked as a senior personal trainer and sprint coach at a sports club, conditioning young athletes and everyday individuals. Fitness is my true passion, and I want to share my knowledge to help people cut through the misinformation in the fitness industry. My goal is to teach you how to build a strong, healthy body using real, proven science.
