About Maddie
I am preparing for Physician Assistant school after graduating from undergrad. Along with that, I completed an Emergency Medical Technician certification and have a well-rounded understanding of science, math, and basic life support medicine. Also, I have volunteer experience with teaching kids and young adults with disabilities improved social skills through surf lessons, kayaking and beach games. I have also volunteered with a hospice group providing care and time with individuals with dementia. This has taught me how to communicate effectively and with patience and compassion!

I love to make complex science topics into easily digestible lessons where the student can help lead discussion based on their questions. Digestible lessons and discussions allowed me to be successful in university and can help you student too! I will prepare lesson plans with worksheets and textbooks I have.
