About Tanya
I was a broadcast journalist for 22 years and made a bold decision to pack up negative news for positive media, because I realized that the agenda of mainstream media is to perpetuate what I like to call the FUD factor (fear, uncertainty, and doubt). I have since been teaching mindfulness and law-of-attraction workshops/seminars to help people in multiple ways: reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and excess weight; improve relationships, improve communication skills, and get better results in all areas of life.

I base my teachings on the inherent laws of the universe, primarily the fact that energy is everything and everything is energy. My "mindfulness" methods are founded on the teachings of Abraham Hicks, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Michael Losier, Mike Dooley, and Dr. Gabor Mate - to name a few. When you understand the basic principles of Mindfulness & LOA, and utilize the techniques & strategies in your life, you will experience a marked improvement in ALL areas of your life and definitely make peace with your stress.
