I am a Journalism and Art History student. I have worked with kids for 4 years as a camp counselor and tutor in English and Spanish. I have writing experience at the collegiate level, both in journalistic and academic styles.

I take a relaxed approach to teaching, often allowing students to talk through their thoughts and try to understand a topic before diving into an essay. When it comes to literature, I value discussion above all else, and when it comes to writing, I allow for creativity while still driving home the structure and grammar necessary.
