About Joshy
I’m currently studying for my MSc in Embedded Systems and IoT at Newcastle University, and I previously completed my Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. My background means I’ve spent years tackling maths, science, and technology—subjects I’ve come to genuinely enjoy and feel at home with. What I love most about tutoring is helping others have those “light bulb” moments. Whether it’s breaking down tricky maths problems or making a tough science topic finally click, I find it rewarding to see students gain confidence step by step. I know what it’s like to struggle, too—I’ve learned to be patient, explain things in simple terms, and adapt my approach so every student feels supported. I’m reliable, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people from all backgrounds. Alongside my studies, I love volunteering and learning about different cultures. I’d love to bring this friendly and encouraging energy to Superprof, helping students not just do better in maths and science, but actually enjoy learning them.
