"Performing on stage for years revealed that true musicality comes from the ability to improvise. My transition to teaching full-time after 8 years of professional work was driven by a desire to share technical clarity.
Working with 247 students has highlighted how critical sight playing and memorisation techniques are for success. My method emphasises dynamics and expression while ensuring students master rhythm and timing. I am the right coach to help you navigate classical repertoire or contemporary pop styles effectively. "Learning to play the piano should feel like a conversation rather than a chore. Honestly, some of the most difficult jazz improvisation passages become simple once you understand the underlying concepts. My 8 years of studio experience ensure that I can identify exactly where your technique needs refinement. We will work through sight transposition and grade exam prep using the rigorous standards of my BMus degree.
You will develop a deeper connection to your instrument through consistent and deliberate practice. These lessons provide a solid foundation that will support your long-term growth as a musician."
