About Bihter
I’m a personal trainer with over 7 years of experience helping people feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in their own bodies.
I started my career with a large fitness company end of 2018, and later built my own clientele so I could work more closely with clients one-on-one.
My approach isn’t just about workouts. I teach how to feel confident in the gym environment and know what’s next.
You’ll learn how to use equipment properly, explore exercise variations, and understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. I focus on building realistic training and eating habits that support a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
I’m based in downtown Vancouver and love helping people of all ages build strength, confidence, and gym independence they can carry with them long-term.
