Hi, I’m Jing. I’m a personal trainer and also an artist. I’m here to help people build confidence, look good, and stay fit. I am a passionate, patient, and friendly individual, eager to support others. I’m very goal-driven and enjoy achieving success not just for myself, but also with others. I’m a fitness enthusiast! I love helping people adopt a healthy lifestyle and fall in love with sports. With almost 8 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked extensively with individuals recovering from injuries, losing weight, and improving their mobility, strength, and flexibility. I truly enjoy seeing my clients progress, and I’ll always be by your side! I’m also interested in mental health and have worked with people struggling with severe anxiety and stress, healing from trauma, and dealing with mental challenges. Keeping up with regular exercise is a key to overcoming these issues!

I personalise each lesson to match your unique learning style. We’ll blend theory with practical application, using real-life examples to make concepts stick. Expect interactive exercises and engaging multimedia resources to keep things interesting and effective. Typical Length of a Lesson Typically, we’ll spend about 60 minutes together.
