About Vanessa
I am 30 years old and I am Italian.
I have been living in London since 2014 but I was born in Rome.
I recently qualified as a Language Teacher to Foreigners from the International House London.
I can speak Italian, English, Spanish and Czech.
I have been teaching Italian to foreign people both offline and online.
I am very kind and patient and I always listen to all students` needs.
I truly enjoy learning about new cultures and countries, at the same time I teach lots of things about Italian culture and our way of living.
I love teaching and share my language knowledge with my students. I also enjoy helping others experience the enjoyment and satisfaction of language learning.
I love travelling and meet new people and cultures, I enjoy being able to speak several languages which help me to communicate when I travel.
I always tailor each lesson to my students' individual needs and personal interests and I use my experience to develop engaging lesson plans, aiming at awaking students' interest and motivation. My communicative approach enables students to develop confidence quickly and to use the language effectively in a variety of situations. To keep sessions engaging and stimulating I use games songs, videos and authentic materials such as films or newspaper articles, which enable students to come into contact with relevant cultural aspects related to each language.
