About Luca
Hi! I’m an exchange student at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, studying Economics and Management with a minor in Italian Art. Originally from Venice, I now live in Milan. As an Italian, I’m deeply passionate about my country’s culture, language, art, and history, and I’d love to share that with you. We could start a speaking session by discussing the sculpture Il Ratto di Proserpina by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, which you can admire on your next visit to the Galleria Borghese in Rome. Alternatively, I can guide you in listening to and understanding the lyrics of songs by famous Italian artists like Laura Pausini or Giorgia.

I believe that learning a language should be an engaging and enjoyable experience. As a university student from Italy, I offer lessons tailored to different objectives, from learning basic Italian expressions for various situations during your future holiday in Italy, to mastering more complex grammar structures needed for academic essays. Speaking is essential, which is why I always encourage you to practice the concepts explained during our lessons. Listening is also crucial, so if you don't have specific goals, I'll incorporate Italian music or useful clips from films. My lessons usually last around 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
