About Davide
In 2011, I started giving private lessons in Italian. At that time, I was teaching mostly grammar to high-school pupils in my city, Modena. I immediately realized that teaching Italian was really satisfying, therefore I decided to continue.
In recent years, I have been teaching mainly via Skype. This gave me the opportunity to teach many foreign students, from both Europe and America. I am sure webcam lessons can be an extremely effective tool, as they save time while allowing for a great deal of flexibility.
For all these reasons, I decided to specialize in teaching Italian via webcam.
How was I able to help my students? What are most students looking for when starting to learn Italian? Certainly, each student has different objectives in mind as well as different starting levels.
From my own personal experience, I am happy to have helped many foreign students preparing for university exams in Italian. I had the opportunity to teach Italian to professionals who had to move to Italy for work reasons. I also taught tourists and enthusiasts of the Italian language and culture willing to visit our country.
What I like most about my job is to be able to build relationships with people from all over the world, and above all, help them achieving their goals and objectives.

Hello! I'm Davide, I'm an italian teacher from Modena.
Italian is my mother tongue, I graduated in Humanities (Literature and Philosophy) from the University of Bologna.
How my teaching method works: I want my students to learn quickly and efficiently everything they need. For this reason, I would like to point out that my teaching method is completely personalized and tailor-made for each student, according to their starting level and requirements. I always focus on a 360-degree approach encompassing the Italian language in all its facets.
My lessons include:

3. Reading comprehension
4. Italian literature (at the student’s request)
5. Italian art history (at the student’s request)
All lessons are designed and created to achieve precise, concrete and above all measurable objectives.

Perfect! I have had a few lessons with Davide via Skype. Davide is extremely pleasant and nice to communicate with.
Davide is flexible with his time and will book lessons to suit your diary, mine were in the evening. Davide asks for a bank transfer, the day prior to each lesson which is very straight forward.
You can cater your lessons to learn whatever you want to. I have learned the basics from scratch ahead of a holiday to the Italian Lakes this summer. Davide also taught me the foods and how to order etc.
I would highly recommend Davide.

Perfect! Après quelques années d'italien au lycée, j'ai décidé de réactiver mes connaissances et d'en acquérir de nouvelles. Je travaille par webcam 1h par semaine avec Davide. Il est un professeur dynamique, sympathique, attentif et est à l'écoute de mes besoins. Il met en place un programme mais s'adapte à mes progrès et à mes difficultés. Si je progresse vite en compréhension orale, je m'améliore aussi rapidement en grammaire car Davide est très précis. Sur le vocabulaire, j'alterne entre les thèmes du quotidien et un travail sur une oeuvre littéraire. J'ai beaucoup de plaisir à retrouver ce prof d'italien chaque semaine ! Grazie Davide !

Sono Fabio e ho iniziato la mia formazione con Davide il 31 maggio a causa delle mie carenze grammaticali: sono partito nelle condizioni in cui sapevo parlare un italiano mediocre, non sapevo distinguere le varie parti del discorso, non conoscevo neppure gli articoli partitivi! Ad oggi devo dire che già dopo nove ore di lezione teoriche il mio italiano è migliorato! Ovviamente la grammatica italiana è vasta e occorre tanto tempo per raggiungere un livello avanzato, ma ce la sto mettendo tutta. Davide è un ottimo insegnante e sono sicuro che grazie alle sue lezioni riuscirò ad utilizzare l’italiano senza più problemi. Per questo motivo se anche tu sei nelle mie stesse condizioni o peggio di me, ti consiglio di fare una lezione di prova con Davide e vedrai che con il tempo i risultati arriveranno.
- Fabio ha deciso di rimettersi a studiare grammatica per migliorare e potenziare di molto le sue capacità espressive, sia scritte che orali.
