About Marilisa
I was born and grew up in Italy, where I graduated cum laude at a Foreign Languages University.
I specialised in English and German, but I have also studied French, Spanish and a bit of Chinese Mandarin.
While studying at the university, I have used my free time to tutor high school students, in order to help them improve their ability to comprehend and use foreign languages.
I taught around 5/6 students, with excellent results.

When I start tutoring, I always try to understand what kind of difficulties my student is encountering.
I believe that a great deal of repetition and excercise is key to a better understanding of foreign languages and I always try to make lessons fun and interactive as much as possible, so that my students don't feel like they are in the classroom again.
I work around my student's learning habits and I try to improve studying methods as we go on with the lessons.
