About Kevin
I started my own fitness journey at 310 lbs, so I understand how challenging it can be to take that first step and stay consistent. Through discipline and the right approach, I transformed my lifestyle, and now I help others do the same. I’m an ISSA certified personal trainer with additional certifications in nutrition coaching, strength and conditioning, exercise recovery, fitness for seniors, and group training. My goal is to give you real guidance, support, and a plan that works for your life.
