About Renita
Hi everyone,
My name is Renita. I’m an experienced recruiter across Australia and New Zealand, and for the past 11 years I’ve partnered with businesses to find the right talent. That means I know what hiring managers are really looking for and what makes a candidate stand out.
Over the years, I’ve seen talented people miss out on roles simply because they didn’t present themselves as strongly as others during the interview process. While I know the best “talkers” aren’t always the best people for the job, interviews are still one of the main ways a business assesses your skills, your communication style, and whether you’ll be the right fit for the team.
If interviews make you nervous, you struggle to structure your answers, or you’re not sure how to sell yourself confidently, I can help.
