About Natascha
MY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
My route into interview coaching is a little different. I come from international marketing, corporate management and professional communication, rather than recruitment.
I spent nearly two decades working internationally in marketing and business, progressing into senior management, leading teams and hiring people myself, including in Dubai's highly competitive international environment.
My marketing background taught me how to understand an audience, identify what creates value and position that value around what matters to them.
MY COACHING EXPERIENCE
For the past six years, I've worked with hundreds of professionals from around the world.
One thing I've seen repeatedly is that people are often far more capable than they realise. They may not recognise their strongest evidence, know how to articulate their strengths or see how their experience connects to what an employer needs.
I've helped clients identify and communicate that value, with clients going on to secure roles with global companies, scholarships and international internships, promotions and positions of greater responsibility.
MY APPROACH
I bring those different perspectives together to help you identify your value, position your experience and communicate it convincingly.
I'm also the founder of Confident Verbalist, where I've broken down recurring interview and communication challenges into practical, step-by-step frameworks that make them easier to identify, understand and address in real situations.

A strong interview answer starts with understanding why the question is being asked and what the interviewer is trying to assess. I help you understand your own professional value, choose the right evidence and turn it into answers you genuinely believe in and can communicate convincingly.
MY APPROACH
I combine interview strategy, professional positioning and communication coaching. You'll learn how to:
- understand the hiring concerns and risks behind common interview questions, so you know what your answer needs to address
- define your professional positioning and use it to answer the opening question “Tell me about yourself”
- identify and articulate strengths you may not recognise in yourself, then map them to the role's core competencies and real examples
- decide how much context to give, what to leave out and how long an answer should be
- answer difficult questions such as “What's your biggest weakness?” without undermining your candidacy
- structure clear, relevant answers that sound convincing rather than rehearsed
- ask thoughtful questions at the end of the interview and follow up effectively
This means you won’t need to memorise scripted answers. Instead, you’ll know your own professional history well enough to respond confidently, even when unexpected questions come your way.
WHO THIS IS FOR
I specialise in working with international professionals and non-native English speakers interviewing for opportunities in English-speaking and global organisations.
SESSION CONTENT, LENGTH & LOCATION
- Sessions can cover Interview Strategy & Preparation, Guided Mock Interviews or Full Mock Interviews with detailed feedback. Strategy sessions and guided mocks are typically 90 minutes.
- Sessions are online via Google Meet and can be recorded and/or transcribed with your permission.
