I am Damodar Vyas, an internationally certified yoga teacher, former journalist, and corporate wellness trainer. My journey showed me that true success begins with a healthy body and a calm mind. I share yoga because I believe everyone deserves practical tools to reduce stress, find balance, and live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I am an internationally certified Yoga Teacher with 900+ hours of advanced training from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, and currently pursuing a Master's in Yogashastra. My mission is to help individuals and organisations improve physical health, mental well-being, and workplace performance through practical yoga and mindfulness.
Before transitioning into yoga, I spent over 15 years as a journalist, developing strong communication, observation, and people skills that now help me deliver engaging and impactful wellness sessions. As a Corporate Wellness Trainer, I have conducted yoga, stress management, and mindfulness programs for employees, promoting healthier habits, improved focus, and reduced workplace stress.
My sessions blend traditional yogic wisdom with modern lifestyle needs, making yoga simple, accessible, and results-oriented. Whether working with individuals or corporate teams, I focus on creating sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance productivity, resilience, and overall well-being.
