The first class was not charged because I do an assessment of the physical state as well as knowing the needs of the student. Later a plan is structured where schedules and training plan will be adjusted a personalized training is carried out to potentiate the skills and acquire new ones, the Results are seen very quickly and I am interested that you not only carry out your training goals but also have a strong mind.
