Structure and develop teaching aids in PowerPoint and Excel formats and conduct training online explaining the nitty-gritties through interactive discussion sessions. The typical lesson plan looks like:
o Overall International Trade Products including but not limited to, structuring, negotiating, and issuing Documentary Credits, Transferable Credits, Export negotiations, Import/Export Collections, Trade Payments, Standby Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, Incoterms, Receivable and Supply Chain finance in conjunction with governing rules.
o Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML), Terrorist Financing, common TBML typologies, local and global Sanctions, how Banks mitigate TBML and Sanction risks, common red flags to detect unusual activities and KYC/CDD and its importance in countering TBML and sanction risks.
