With over two decades of international experience across Africa and Europe, I bring a proven track record of professional excellence, empathy, and deep expertise to every session. As a seasoned practitioner who has spent 15 years acting and 10 years facilitating Theatre of the Oppressed in challenging environments including prisons, community centers, and youth programs I am dedicated to creating a safe, structured, and highly encouraging environment for every student. My approach is rooted in participatory, human-centered theatre. Drawing from over 20 years of international experience across Africa and Europe—including 10 years facilitating Theatre of the Oppressed—I focus on real-world application, active listening, and interactive forum techniques. Rather than lecturing, I create a supportive, participatory environment where acting becomes a tool for empathy, self-expression, and real change.
Typical Lesson Structure
Warm-up (10 mins): Physical and vocal grounding exercises to build presence and group trust.
Core Technique & Workshop (25 mins): Hands-on exploration of scene work, character development, or forum theatre exercises addressing specific real-life conflict scenarios.
Practice & Facilitation (15 mins): Live acting, improvisation, or step-by-step facilitation training.
Reflection & Feedback (10 mins): Constructive debrief to unpack lessons learned and apply actionable insights.

With 15 years as a professional actor and over two decades of grassroots field experience, I bring deep expertise in using performance for social impact.
