As well as an international level swimmer, including winning a bronze medal at the European Championships in 2014, I am also a massive nerd! I'm a big fan of marvel and the MCU (though not so much recently). But really any comic book film or even, film for that matter I enjoy.

Sessions focused on a self-improvement approach and YOUR level of understanding. Sessions would last 45-60mins but options for longer or shorter depending on subject matter. I focus on people aged 10-16.
I have worked for 15months as an athlete mentor. The main focus of these sessions is designed to get the best out of kids. I am pretty relaxed but also have many lessons and lots of experience to teach along the way. My background of sport psychology and Sport performance have really benefitted my understanding of how to approach different subjects and situations.
As an elite level athlete I can appreciate the stressors of exams and overall, school! I am here to help people understand how to handle these pressures that I became so used to through sport, as well as years of education.
