About Hazirah
Hello, I’m Hazirah.
If you think history is just about memorizing dates and names, I’m here to change that.
I teach history by showing how it connects to the world we live in today—wars, politics, leadership and global events. History is everywhere, and once you understand the story behind it, it becomes one of the easiest and most interesting subjects to learn.
Whether you’re studying for exams or simply curious about the world, my goal is to make history meaningful, relatable and enjoyable.

My approach to tutoring is student-centred, interactive and focused on understanding rather than memorisation. I use storytelling, discussion and critical analysis to make history engaging and easier to relate to current global issues. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning needs, while also helping to improve essay-writing and analytical skills.
A typical lesson lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student’s goals and level of understanding.
My lessons are suitable for secondary school students, pre-university learners and anyone interested in world history, political history or international relations. Whether preparing for exams or building deeper understanding, my goal is to help students gain confidence and think critically.
