I’m Elizabeth, a professionally trained pastry chef with a culinary diploma and international experience in pastry and hospitality. I love the combination of precision and creativity that baking offers, especially when transforming simple ingredients into something beautiful and delicious.

My interests range from breads, cakes, and desserts to chocolate work and decorative cookie art. I enjoy sharing the techniques and practical insights I have gained in professional kitchens, making them accessible to home bakers.
