About Sophie
I am an International History and Politics (BA INT) student at the University of Leeds. Currently on a year exchange at the University of Uppsala, Sweden. I have a strong set of qualifications, including A-Level’s in History, Politics, English Literature and an EPQ. Looking to tutor in any of these subjects as well as more general academic skills such as essay writing; critical thinking etc. I plan to do this alongside my own studies, and hope I can pass on useful knowledge whilst expanding on my own.

My teaching method is organised; formulated and focused depending on the student’s personal needs. The classes will incorporate theory whilst ensuring high levels of interaction and questions to check any information is understood correctly. The most important part however, is that classes are planned depending on what the student is struggling with, and that I can use my own personal experiences to shed light on easier and alternative ways of understanding or completion of work.
