For the last two years I’ve been running a business as a performance coach, so I have extensive experience in supporting individuals to identify exactly what they want to achieve, what is holding them back and how to move forward to achieve their goals.

I can't rate maria enough! She's a great listener and has a phenomenal knowledge of psychology, and how it applies to real life. She goes beyond simple information and helped with strategies to develop a deeper understanding of myself and how I work best.
