About Andres
I am a reliable and dedicated ESL tutor with 8 years of teaching experience and a strong commitment to quality education. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, helping them improve their English for school, work, and daily communication.
My teaching approach focuses on personalised learning. I carefully assess each student’s needs and learning goals to design customised lesson plans. This ensures that every student receives focused attention and meaningful learning support.
My lessons strengthen all four language skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—along with grammar and vocabulary development. I use real-life examples and practical exercises to make learning easier and more enjoyable.
One of my unique qualities is my ability to remain patient and supportive during the learning process. I encourage students to ask questions, practice regularly, and gain confidence step by step. I also monitor progress closely and give helpful feedback.

Through clear communication, I ensure concepts are understood and applied correctly. Collaboration helps students stay actively engaged in goal setting and progress review. Along with ESL, I also teach pronunciation training, everyday communication skills, and academic English fundamentals.
