About Liam
I am a friendly Chemistry tutor with over 6 years of experience teaching young students. I hold a BSc in Chemistry with Environmental Science and enjoy introducing chemistry in simple and engaging ways. My lessons focus on helping middle school students understand matter and chemical changes.
I like to explain scientific ideas through stories, examples, and visual demonstrations. Concepts such as atoms and reactions become easier when students see how they work in real life. Curiosity is encouraged in every lesson.
Safe home experiments are often included to make learning interactive. Students enjoy observing bubbles, colour changes, and small reactions. These moments help them remember what they learn.
I also relate chemistry to everyday activities such as cooking food or mixing cleaning products. Students realise that chemistry is happening everywhere around them. Science becomes more exciting.
Over the years, I have helped many young learners gain confidence in science. My goal is always to make chemistry fun and approachable.
Together we will discover the magic of transformations and explore the chemistry hidden in everyday life.

My teaching approach in Chemistry focuses on warm and interactive learning sessions. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel confident exploring scientific ideas. Chemistry should feel interesting, not intimidating.
I often help students who struggle with understanding concepts or writing chemical equations correctly. Each reaction is explained step by step. Simple logic makes complex chemistry easier.
My lessons include topics such as atomic theory, bonding, chemical reactions, environmental chemistry, and everyday chemical changes. I also introduce lab safety and explain important historical discoveries in chemistry. These stories help students appreciate how scientific knowledge developed.
Visual aids and diagrams are used frequently to explain structures and reactions. I also include simple experiments and demonstrations whenever possible. Seeing chemistry in action helps students remember ideas.
Real-life examples are central to my teaching style. Chemistry appears in cooking, medicine, and the natural environment. These connections make the subject more meaningful.
Students who enjoy explaining science and those curious about the chemical basis of the brain often connect well with this learning approach. I encourage deep engagement and steady progress.
